This is a 6-month learnership programme designed to provide full training and practical experience in vehicle sales. Participants will gain a Sales Training qualification and hands-on experience at a reputable BMW dealership, with the potential to grow into a skilled Vehicle Sales Executive role within the Motus Retail division – the largest automotive group in South Africa.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all scheduled training and on-the-job learning activities
• Assist the dealership sales team in daily operations
• Learn and apply effective vehicle sales techniques
• Engage with customers professionally and build strong relationships
• Work towards meeting set learning and performance targets

Qualifications

• South African citizen
• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Basic computer literacy
• Clear criminal and credit record
